Adult and family psychotherapy.
I have extensive training and experience treating adults determined to overcome mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, family conflict and relationship challenges, chronic shame, self-loathing and self-injury, trauma, as well as grief that comes with losses of functioning, relationships, life purpose and meaning. My approach will incorporate traditional cognitive-behavioral methods, with existential/meaning-making strategies, trauma-based interventions (EMDR, somatic resourcing, trauma-focused CBT, DBT) as well as relationship interventions designed to improve communication, boundaries, safety and emotional connections.

Overcome life's challenges, together.
